By opening or using an account you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").
1. Who operates tradiae.bet
tradiae.bet is operated by Bonus Kingdom Pty Ltd, a proprietary limited Australian company (ABN 77 661 574 545, ACN 661 574 545) ("we", "us", "our"). References to the "Service" mean tradiae and the website at https://tradiae.bet/.
Registered office: c/- LBW Business & Wealth Advisors, 35-37 Gordon Avenue, Geelong West VIC 3218, Australia.
2. Licence
Bonus Kingdom Pty Ltd is licensed as a Sports Bookmaker by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic). Sports Bookmaker Licence Number: VIC-BM-2022-0561. The licence covers wagering on approved sports and racing events and authorises the acceptance of wagers from customers located in Australia.
3. Age and location restrictions
The Service is restricted to persons aged 18 years or over who are Australian residents and physically located in Australia. It is an offence for a person under 18 to open an account or place a bet. We may verify your age, identity and location at any time, and we do not provide any service prohibited under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth).
4. The service we provide
We provide fixed-odds and other approved wagering products on sports and racing events permitted under our Victorian licence. We do not offer casino games, slots or pokies, poker, lottery, binary options, contracts for difference (CFDs), cryptocurrency trading, or any investment or financial product. Pursuant to the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), in-play (live) sport markets are not offered online; all sport wagering is pre-match only.
5. Account eligibility
To hold an account you must:
- be 18 years or older;
- be an Australian resident physically located in Australia;
- provide accurate, complete and current information;
- not be listed on the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop) or any self-exclusion list maintained by us;
- not be an employee, contractor or close relative of an employee of Bonus Kingdom Pty Ltd where prohibited by our internal policy or by any sporting integrity rule.
6. One account per person
Each customer may hold only one account. Duplicate, multiple, syndicate or third-party accounts are not permitted. We may close duplicate accounts and void related bets.
7. Identity verification (KYC)
Before you can withdraw funds, and at other times required by law, we will verify your identity in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). You must provide valid government-issued identification (for example, an Australian Driver Licence, Medicare card or current Australian Passport) together with confirmation of your residential address, and any further documents we reasonably request. We may suspend an account until verification is complete. No deposit, withdrawal or wager is processed before verification where verification is required.
8. AML/CTF, source of funds and source of wealth
We are required to monitor accounts for money laundering, terrorism financing and other unlawful activity. We may request information about your source of funds and source of wealth, and we may report transactions to AUSTRAC and other authorities. We may delay, refuse or reverse transactions where required by law or our AML/CTF program.
9. BetStop and self-exclusion
We check all account applications and existing accounts against the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop). If you are listed on BetStop or have a current self-exclusion with us, you must not open or use an account, and we will close any account we identify.
10. Deposits
Deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. We accept Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard, PayID, BPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay (where linked to an eligible debit card). Credit cards are not accepted, in line with the prohibition under Australian law in force from June 2024. We do not accept third-party deposits, cash deposits or cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit is $10. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are shown in your account; the default single-transaction maximum is $5,000 and may be lower where you have set a personal limit or where we have applied a tighter cap for responsible gambling, risk, payment or compliance reasons.
11. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid only to a verified payment method held in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used to deposit. The minimum withdrawal is $20. Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity verification, AML/CTF checks or responsible gambling reviews. We do not charge withdrawal fees; external bank or card-issuer fees, if any, are applied by your provider.
12. Payment ownership rules
All payment methods linked to your account must be in your own legal name. Use of a payment method belonging to another person is prohibited and may result in account suspension, closure and forfeiture of related winnings.
13. Bet acceptance and settlement
A bet is only accepted once it appears in your account history with a confirmation reference. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the recognised governing body of the relevant sport or racing authority. Where two recognised authorities publish conflicting results, the rule attached to the specific market determines which source applies. Specific market rules form part of these Terms.
14. Incorrect prices, obvious errors and void bets
We may void or resettle a bet where there is a clear pricing error, technical error, incorrect market, palpable error or late bet, or where the event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise affected in accordance with market rules. A palpable error includes any obvious pricing or settlement mistake, for example a clearly inverted price, a misplaced decimal point, or settlement applied to the wrong selection. If an event does not start on the scheduled day or is abandoned without an official result, match-result bets are void and stakes returned. Dead-heat rules apply to all win, place, top-scorer and similar markets. Rule 4 deductions apply to racing markets where a runner is scratched after final declarations. Where wagers are affected by an odds-feed glitch, a server outage or another technical disruption, we may void the affected wagers and refund stakes, and will use reasonable efforts to publish a notice on the Service.
15. Multi wagers and Same Game Multis
Multi wagers settle leg by leg. A void leg is removed from the multi at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs continue to run. Same Game Multis are priced on dependent outcomes and incorporate leg-correlation adjustments that are disclosed before you confirm the wager. Where a leg of a Same Game Multi is voided, the Same Game Multi is either re-priced or voided as disclosed at the moment of confirmation.
16. Maximum payout
The maximum payout per ticket across all sports and racing markets is $500,000. We may apply additional maximum payout limits on certain markets, events or bet types. Where a limit applies, it is made available in the relevant market rules.
17. Stake and market limits
Maximum stake and maximum win caps apply on a per-market basis and are surfaced before you confirm. We may reduce the stake offered or decline a wager at our reasonable discretion, including for risk, integrity, compliance or responsible gambling reasons.
18. Responsible gambling tools
You may set deposit limits, loss limits and session limits, request activity statements, take a break, or self-exclude. Limit decreases take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a seven-day cooling-off period, as required under the National Consumer Protection Framework for Online Wagering. For confidential support call Gambling Help Online and Gambler’s Help (Victoria) on 1800 858 858 at any time. See our Responsible Gambling and pre-commitment limits pages.
19. Promotions
Any promotions, bonuses or offers are subject to their own terms, which form part of these Terms. Promotions are not directed at, and are not available to, persons under 18, self-excluded customers, or persons listed on BetStop. Bonus stakes are non-withdrawable, may carry expiry and may require additional wagering before related winnings can be withdrawn. Promotional conduct complies with the National Consumer Protection Framework, applicable Victorian responsible gambling requirements and Australian consumer protection laws. See current offers.
20. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Notify us immediately at support@tradiae.bet if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
21. Prohibited conduct
You must not: use the Service while under 18, while located outside Australia, while self-excluded, or while listed on BetStop; use another person’s identity or payment method; collude, match-fix or use prohibited software; engage in fraud or chargebacks; or otherwise breach applicable law.
22. Account suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account where required by law, where these Terms are breached, where verification cannot be completed, where responsible gambling concerns arise, or where fraud or unlawful conduct is suspected. Cleared balances on a closed account are returned to your verified payment instrument, subject to identity, payment and AML/CTF checks. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@tradiae.bet.
23. Complaints and dispute handling
If you have a complaint, contact complaints@tradiae.bet. Full details, escalation steps and external review options are on our complaints page. Unresolved wagering complaints may be escalated to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) as the licensing authority. For payment-services aspects (debit transactions, refunds) the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) may also accept eligible complaints — see afca.org.au.
24. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
25. Direct marketing
Where you have opted in, we may send promotional emails, SMS or push notifications about our wagering services. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link inside a message or from your account preferences. All direct marketing is governed by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). We do not send marketing to customers who are self-excluded, who have opted out, who are within a deposit-limit cool-off, or who registered an account within the previous 24 hours.
26. Inactive accounts
An account with no betting activity for 12 consecutive months is placed on inactive status. We will email you a notice at least 30 days before any maintenance fee or transfer to unclaimed money is applied, in line with applicable state legislation, including the Unclaimed Money Act 2008 (Vic).
27. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) does not permit us to exclude. To the extent permitted by Australian law, the liability of Bonus Kingdom Pty Ltd is limited to the amount of the wager in dispute.
28. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the website or by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or by regulator direction. Continued use of the account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
29. Severability, entire agreement and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the documents they refer to, form the entire agreement between you and Bonus Kingdom Pty Ltd in relation to the Service. A failure or delay by either party in exercising any right under these Terms does not amount to a waiver of that right.
30. Notices and governing law
Notices to you are sent to the email address registered to your account. Notices to Bonus Kingdom Pty Ltd should be sent to support@tradiae.bet or by post to c/- LBW Business & Wealth Advisors, 35-37 Gordon Avenue, Geelong West VIC 3218, Australia. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, including the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic). You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
